RiskAssessmentParamount treats the requirements under the Health and Safety legislation very seriously. Risk assessments are carried out on all our managed properties and a safety statement is produced. The contents of the safety statement are implemented and reviewed annually.All contractors attending site are required to produce their own safety statement

Our portfolio of risk management services covers:

Avoidance- The decision can be made to remove some risk element in the development, as the additional rental income is not worth the cost of insurance or the risks involved.

Control- If the risk element is retained, perhaps a coded lock and fence would be installed to keep people safe.

Risk Transfer- The most prevalent way of dealing with risk is to purchase insurance to transfer the risk to the insurer.
